Mecklenburg County NcArchives Cemeteries.....Spratt Cemetery, Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co NC - Complete Survey ************************************************ Copyright. At that time, four tombstones were discovered when the Mercy Hospital Nurses Home was being excavated at this site. Considering that the Mercy Hospital Nurses Home has been taken down this year in 2008 for a new and modern facility, I found it fitting to make known this information. Those four tombstones were moved ca 1913 to their new resting place in the Old Settler's Cemetery located behind the First Presbyterian Church in uptown Charlotte, NC. May they rest in Peace.
