           UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF NORTH CAROLKIINA IN BANKRUPTSY
   Notice to show cause against the Petition of WILLIAM F. ALEXANDER of 
Mecklenburg, constable, to be declared a Bankup at Wilmington on Monday, the 
19th of December next.
   JOSEPH PRICHARD, of Mecklenburg County, to be declared a Bankrupt at 
Wilmington on Monday, the 19th of December next.
