V., James V. and Charlotte Henry, infant children of James and Agnes Henry and 
S.N. Hutchison, adm'r
vs.
E.H. Bissell, Anthony Dey and Samuel T. Williams

Original Bill

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant/defendants, Anthony Dey and Samuel T. Williams reside beyond the 
limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said 
defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Equity to be held 
for said County at the Court House at Charlotte on the 7th Monday after the 
4th Monday in September. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte will 
be made as to them.
Witness David R. Dunlap, Clerk of the said Court at office on the 7th Monday 
after the 4th Monday in March AD 1849
