Andrew Davidson, Thomas Crawford and Mary his wife, Samuel W. Davidson, John 
H. Davidson, Wm. Davidson, Samuel Davidson, James Bryson, Robert Brown and 
Betsy his wife, Jane Bryson, Jonathan Potts and Cynthia his wife,

vs. 

Joseph Alexander, Robert Davidson, William Davidson and Robert Bryson, 
Executors of Thomas Davidson, dec'd.

In this Case it is ordered that publication be made for six weeks in the Star, 
that unless Robert Bryson, one of the defendants in this case appear at the 
next Superior Court of Law and Equity, to be held for the County of 
Mecklenburg, on the 6th Monday after the fourth Monday in September next, the 
Bill will be taken pro confesso and heard exparte as to him.
