The said Jacob Hagler promises to give the said apprentice or orphan at the expiration of his apprenticeship the sum of Ten pounds currency, etc. Phillip Hagler an orphan of John Hagler deceased, ordered by the court that he be bound to Jacob Hagler until he arrives at the age of 21 being ten years and six months old to learn the Blacksmith trade and at the expiration of his apprenticeship the said Jacob Hagler promises to give him Ten Pounds currency exclusive of the Provision made by an act of Assembly in that case.
