              EXECUTOR'S NOTICE TO HEIRS
   To JONATHAN HELMS, SHERROD HELMS, DANIEL HELMS and ABEL KEZION and wife, 
DELIA, heirs of ISAAC HELMS, dec'd.
   You are hereby notified that having administered on the estate of ISAAC 
HELMS, dec'd., and being now read to settle with the heirs, you are requested 
to present your claims, as the money is now ready to be paid over to you or 
your authorized agents, and for which I shall not pay interest from this date.
