Henry Heathorn, James Magnus, Geo. D. Longstaff, John Penman, John B.S. 
Harris, Henry Olcott, Dan Alexander, Wm. A. Harris, and John W. Morrison

Bill of Injunction in Equity

Whereas Henry Heathron, Jas. Magnus, Geo. D. Longstaff, John Penman and Henry 
Olcott reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the public 
newspaper notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next 
Court of Equity to be held for said County at the Court House at Charlotte on 
the 7th Monday after the 4th Monday in September next. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte will 
be made as to them.
Witness D.R. Dunlap, Clerk of the said Court at office on the 4th Monday in 
February AD 1847
