Four Deeds Filed With Clerk of Court - Aggregate Amount Involved $6,320 - Two 
Transfers in County and Two in the City.

Four deeds were recorded in the office of the clerk of Superior Court Friday 
morning aggregating $6,320. They were as follows:

Frank A. Potts and wife, Minnie Ware Potts to A.L. Ware, property in Berryhill 
township, for $1,320.

W.F. Gilbert to William Hanlin, property in or near Parkwood avenue, and Allen 
street, consideration $1,750.

Southern Real Estate Loan and Trust Company to Mrs. M.P. Dwyer and Charlie H. 
Dwyer, property on Beth Road, for $2,750.

A.H. Beatty and wife, Ellen Beatty, to Mrs. A.A. Johnston, property in Paw 
Creek township, for $500.
