It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said non-resident defendants, to be and appear at our next Court to be held for said County at the Court House in Charlotte on the 4th Monday in April next, then and there to plead or replevy to this petition filed.
