July Term 1851

James Irwin, Executor of Elizabeth Irwin, deceased
vs. 
Robert Irwin, Arthur Grier and wife Mary Jane, Allison Harkey and wife Mary, 
John McCauly and wife Jane, Cynthia Irwin, Columbus Irwin, Washington Irwin, 
Jackson Irwin and Mary Irwin and Jane Irwin, infants of Caleb Irwin.

Caveat to Will

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Robert Irwin and Allison 
Harkey are not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for said County at the Court House at 
Charlotte on the 4th Monday in October next. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur or by default will be entered against 
them.
Witness Braly Oates, Clerk of the said Court at office on the 4th Monday in 
July AD 1851
