Carter Crittenden Original attachment levied in the hands of Joshua Trotter and him summoned as Garnishee. In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant/defendants, Carter Crittenden reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non- resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for said County at the Court House at Charlotte on the 4th Monday in April next.
