Love 1847 Transcribed by Donna Joy Johnson, 03 March 2000 bounty@charlotte.infi.net Spelling and punctuation from the original documuments. Moses T. Love resided in Paw Creek, western Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It is known that he married Mary Hoover on 08 Jan 1842 in Mecklenburg County. She is not mentioned in the estate papers of Moses Hoover and may have predeceased him. She may have been the daughter of Henry M. Hoover, who is mentioned as purchasing at the estate, as are several of his sons. Henry's daughter Jane Hoover married John S. Love, who seems to have been the brother of Moses T. Love. As this is conjecture, further research is needed. - - - - - - i t e m - - - - - - On the 25th of October 1847 in Mecklenburg Co., NC, William Summerville posted bond of $600 to administor on the estate of Moses Love, decd.
