    UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF NORTH CAROLINA IN BANKRUPTCY

   Notice to show cause against the Petition of JOHN W. RAINEY of Mecklenburg, 
Painter, to be declared a Bankrupt at Wilmington.
   SAMUEL TAYLOR of Mecklenburg County, Brick-layer, to be declared a Bankrupt 
at Wilmington on Monday, the 19th of December.
   JAMES C. WILSON, of Mecklenburg County, to be declared a Bankrupt at 
Wilmington on Monday, the 19th of December next.
   MATTHEW M. HUTCHISON of Mecklenburg County, farmer, to be declared a 
Bankrup at Wilminton on Monday the 19th of December next.
   COLIN KING of Mecklenburg County, farmer, to be declared a Bankrupt at 
Wilmington, on Monday, the 19th of December next.
