EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given that the Subscribers qualified to the Last Will and 
Testament County Court at the July term of Mecklenburg County Court, as 
Executor on the estate of GEORGE W. SMART, ESQ., deceased. Those indebted to 
the said estate are requested to call upon JOHN KINDRICK, whom in possession 
of the papers of the deceased and make payment immediately, and those having 
claims against said estate are notified to present them duly authenticated 
within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their 
recovery.
