Alexander reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non- resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for said County at the Court House at Charlotte on the 4th Monday in July next.
