Real Estate Transfers

Activity in the Mecklenburg realty market was renewed yesterday, a large 
number of deeds having been filed for record furing the day in the office of 
Register of Deeds, W.M. Moore. The following were filed:

D.M. Abernathy and wife to Marion J. Green and wife, lot on Central avenue, 
for $2,250, etc.

Maybel Potts to T.N. Alexander, tract of land, containing 19 3-4 acres, in 
Steel Creek township, for $1,481.25.

Grier Potts to T.N. Alexander, 20.3 acres in Steel Creek township, for $1,522, 
etc.

Thrift Land company to Thrift Manufacturing company, three tracts of land, 41 
acres, 33.25 acres, and 120 acres, in this township, for $22,500, etc.

Alice E. Patterson to W.H. Downs, lot in Pineville, for $800, etc.

H.P. Hunter to J.A. Edwards, lot on East First street, for $500, etc.

J.W. Abernathy and wife and W.M. Taft and wife to W.E. Johnston, 106.4 acres 
in Paw Creek township, for $5,107.20, etc.

Charlotte Consolidated Construction company to Mrs. Lucy Robertson Moore, lot 
on East Morehead street, for $5,000, etc.

Otto Haas and wife to James T. Blackburn and wife, lot on South Cecil street, 
for $100, etc.

Frank R. McNinch and wife to Sallie Marks Cole, three lots in Park drive, for 
$1,000, etc.

Raymond T. Puhlman and wife to William Simpson, lot on Maple street, for 
$1,500, etc.
