Harven and wife Bill of Injunction The defendants in this case reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for said County at the Court House at Charlotte on the 7th Monday after the 4th Monday in September 1851.
