July 28, 1837   Charlotte Journal July 28, 1837
   -- The following gentlement were elected on the 25th inst., the Special 
Court in the ensuing year:
   JOHN BLOUNT, JAMES M. BLACK, THOS. I. GRIER, LAIRD H. HARRIS, DAVID A. 
CALDWELL.
   The following gentlemen were also elected the Committe of Finance for the 
ensuing year: ANDREW GRIER, SAMUEL McCOMB, PHILEMON MORRIS.
