Aug. 26,  1836   Charlotte Journal
   DIED, at the residence of CAPT. J. H. ORR, in Mecklenburg, on Saturday 
last, MR. RICHARD DINKINS, after a lingering illness, aged about 25 years, of 
the firm of SPRING & DINKINS. MR. DINKINS had been confined with an affection 
of the brain, a great part of the time, very low. He had been a consistent 
member of the Presbyterian Church of Charlotte for several years.
