   DEPARTED THIS LIFE, in his 17th year, at the residence of his father, in 
Upper Salem, Sumpter District, THOMAS DRAYTON FRASER, son of THOMAS FRASER, 
ESQ.; on the 27th September, SAMUEL J. FRASER, the elder brother, who but a 
few days before had returned from a visit to his parents to pursue his 
Collegiate course at Davidson College, N. C.
