Thursday Aug. 18, 1842   Charlotte Journal
   DIED, in Mecklenburg, on Tuesday, the 9th inst., at Providence Church, the 
residence of his father, WM. G. JOHNSTON, in the 16th year of his age. The 
disease which removed the amiable youth was Bilious Cholic of the most 
virulent kind, which terminated his life  in  a few hours.
