J.F. Morris, a Baptist minister, residing near Stanly Creek, has been sorely sticken. A month ago Mr. Morris died and since that time two of his daughers have also died - one on the 11th and the other on the 15th of this month. The wife of the deceased minister and mother of the children is lying at the point of death. Also three sons are sick. They all have the typhoid fever. Two of the youngest children who have missed the terrible disease so far have been sent away from home as a protection against the fever.
