DIED, on the 29th ult., CAPT. ALEXANDER MORRISON, aged 40 years. By his early 
death, the citizens of Mecklenburg are deprived of the great political 
advantages to be expected from a man of superior genius and the firm 
attachment to republican government; his amiable partner in  life, of an 
affectionate husband, and his infant offspring every advantage, aided by the 
uniform practices of the strictest morality.
