Dec. 15, 1837       Charlotte Journal
   DIED, in Charlotte, on Tuesday, the 21st ult., PEREGINE ROBERTS, ESQ., aged 
35 years, after a short illness of Bilious Congestive Fever. MR. ROBERTS had 
arrived at the age of 35, and had already earned the reputation of a sound and 
successful lawyer, and an honest man.
