   DIED, in Tipton County, Tenn., on the 15th of October last, after a long 
and painful suffering, MRS. ELIZABETH STRONG, wife of WILLIAM J. STRONG, and 
daughter of the late CAPT. ALEXANDER L. ROSS, dec'd of Mecklenburg, in the 
40th year of her age.
