HOMICIDE -- We lern from the Charlotte Bulletin that a difficulty occurred in 
that place on the evening of the 8th instant. between CHARLES TITTERMARY and 
O. CL. NORMENT, in which the former was shot, by the latter, and died on the 
night of the 9th from the effects of the wound received.
