Death of a Well-Known Charlotte Woman Yesterday.

Mrs. Lizzie Yandle, wife of Mr. J. W. Yandle, manager of the wholesale 
department of Burwell & Dunn co., whose critical illness has been noted, died 
yesterday at 12:30 at the Presbyterian Hospital.  She was 42 years old.  She 
leaves four children, Miss Bettie Yandle, Messrs John Wiley, willis and Harvey 
Yandle; four brothers, Mr. M. D. Austin, Sardis; Mr. T. W. Austin, Wadesboro, 
and Messrs. W. L. and S. J. Austin of this city; two sisters, Mrs. L. M. Hunter 
of Atlanta, and Mrs. J. J. Neal of Charlotte.  All of these were at the bedside 
when death came.

The funeral services will be conducted from the home, No. 1000 East fourth 
street, this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, by the pastor of the deceased, Rev. Dr. 
A. A. McGeachy, of the Second Presbyterian Church, assisted by Rev. R. E. 
Hough, of Knox Presbyterian Church.

The pall-bearers will be Messrs. Samuel P. Hall, Thomas J. Smith, James 
Jenkens, Hester Ross, Clifton Ross and Winfield Mitchell.

The interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
