Marriage This Morning

Mr. J.E. Curry of Gastonia was married in this city this morning to Miss Ida 
Dixon, daughter of Mr. D.F. Dixon. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W.E. 
McIlwaine at the Dixon House at 11 o'clock. The attendants were Mr. Chas. 
Dixon of Charlotte and Miss Mattie Wilson of Mecklenburg; Mr. J.P. Reid and 
Miss Katie McLean of Gaston.

After receiving the congratulations of their assembled friends, the newly 
wedded were escorted to the Trade street passenger station, where they boarded 
the south-bound train for a trip to Augusta.
