Charlotte Observer - Sep 11
A pretty home wedding occurred here this morning at 11 o'clock at the home of 
the bride's parents on West Lee street when Miss Annie Blaylock of this place 
and Mr. Albert M. Mattocks of Harnett County, were married, Rev. Mr. Shuford 
Peeler, pastor of the First Reformed church officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Mattocks 
left for Wilmington, and after a week or ten days spent at the seashore will 
go to Lillington where Mr. Mattocks is a druggist.
