Mr. McGowan to be Married

Mr. S.B. Waters leaves today for Athens, Ga., to act as groomsman for Mr. 
James F. McGowan, who is to be married there tomorrow to Miss Marguerite Ware 
Charbonnies. The wedding will take place in the Presbyterian church, and will 
be followed by an elegant reception at the bride's home on South Milledge 
avenue. Mr. McGowan and bride leave at midnight for a bridal tour of several 
weeks, North.
