Marriage Today

Mr. Jeff Parker of Columbia was married at noon today to Miss Nettie Wright of 
Charlotte. The ceremony was performed at Mr. Crowder's boarding house, corner 
of Tryon and Fifth streets by Rev. A.G. McManaway, pastor of the Tryon street 
Baptist church. Mr. Parker is a telegraph operator in Columbia and Miss Wright 
has been employed in the Western Union office in Charlotte. The newly wedded 
left this afternoon for their future home in Columbia, accompanied by the good 
wishes of their Charlotte friends.
