Reese to Miss Mamie Wadsworth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jno. W. Wadsworth. The attendants will be: Mr. Robert Reese and Miss Belle Atkins of Va.; Mr. Will A. Miller of Knoxville and Miss Mamie McAden of Charlotte; Mr. Charlie Wadsworth and Miss Annie Cannon of Concord; Mr. Ed. Overbaugh and Miss Laura Wadsworth of Charlotte; Mr. Ernest Young and Miss Birdie Burwell of Charlotte; Mr. Jas. Hobbs and Miss Annie Tate of Charlotte; Mr. Will Bland of Knoxville and Miss Lalla Oates of Charlotte. Messrs. Robt. Gibbon, Jno. Carson, Robert Oates and Baxter Ross will act as ushers. The choir will consist of Mrs. Archer, Mrs. Orr, Mrs. Bason, Mrs. Jones, Misses Hall, Gallman, Duls, Grimes and Osborne and Messrs Da Vies, Martin, Oates, Powell, Haughton, Hutchinson and Semple. Miss Addie Williams whose skill as an organist is so well known, will preside at the organ. As the bridal party enters the church, the choir will render the bridal chorus from Lohengrin, "Faithful and True," and "The Wedding Bells Are in the Air" will be sung as the bridal party leaves the church. The ceremony will be performed by Rev. J.Y. Fair. The newly wedded will leave at 5 o'clock in the morning to visit the groom's family in Staunton, Va. The church decorations are superb and are the most beautiful ever seen in the Second Church. A large number of invitations are out and it will be one of the most brilliant weddings ever known in Charlotte.
