He Married a Charlotte Woman

A Yazoo (Miss.) paper tells of the election of Col. B.S. Ricks to the 
presidency of the Yazoo National Bank, and speaks of Col. Ricks as one of the 
ablest financiers and clearest-headed business men of Mississippi. Col. Ricks, 
it will be remembered, married Miss Fannie Jones, a niece of Mrs. M.A. 
Osbourne, of this city.
