Gresham and Miss Lelia Gluyas were married yesterday afternoon at 3:30 in St. Mark's Episcopal church, Long Creek. Rev. E.A. Osborne performed the ceremony. The church was filled with the friends of the young couple, and the ceremony was both pretty and inpressive. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Gluyas. She comes frequently to Charlotte and has many friends here. The groom is a son of Mr. Gresham, of Gresham & Ryland. He was for several years assistant manager of Gresham's eating house, in this city, but afterward went to Washington and took a course in the Columbia law school and graduated with high honor. Mr. Gresham however, did not stick to law, and is now in charge of the Seaboard eating house in Monroe. The friends of the young couple not only wish them a happy New Year, but happiness in each succeeding year of their lives.
