J.H. Boyd performing the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Roark took the Carolina Central train for a week's stay in Wilmington. The groom has been cotton inspector of the city for four years and has filled that position most satisfactorily. He is one of Charlott's bright young business men and deserves the hand of his "Rachel" for whom he indeed served "seven years." On their return Mr. Roark and bride will go to housekeeping.
