This data is taken from the Historical Records Survey of North Carolina.

The survey was done in the 1930s and 1940s, and included only graves dating
from before 1914.

Information has been reformatted from the original by Patrick Barrett (2003), 
working from a microfilm of the original typescript (FHL US/CAN Microfilm #882939).
Some minor corrections have been made to this survey; for instance, "M.T.D." has
been changed to "Mtd." However, no names or dates have been changed, even where
I am fairly certain the stone was misread by Mr. Pritchard. (PB)
