MITCHELL COUNTY

STREET CEMETERY - HUGHES GAP

LOCATION:   From Buladean turn up Hughes Gap Road.   Drive 2.9 miles; 
watch for a flat roofed barn as the road turns to the left and rises.   
Just beyond the barn you should see the cemetery on the right, along 
with a house with the number 2986.   Park in the wide spot near the 
barn and walk to the cemetery.

NOTE:   On your way to this one,  you will pass a small cemetery on 
your right, set back in a fenced in pasture,.  A large monument with 
a STREET inscription is prominent but that is not this cemetery.

ACCESSIBILITY:   Easy.

CONDITION:   Very good.

OLDEST DATED GRAVE:   # 16,   1918.
