MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Joe Kelly Autrey, 4 Jul 2004

SPRUCE PINE - Joe Kelly Autrey, 73, of Sunshine School Road, died Monday, July
4, 2005 in an Oteen hospital. He was the son of the late Ablene Autrey. He was
also preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Autrey.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Jean Hoyle Autrey; a daughter, Linda
Crowder of Spruce Pine; sons, Danny and Donny Autrey, both of Spruce Pine;
sister, Wilma Moser of Spruce Pine; a brother, Bobby Autrey of Hickory; four
grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Grindstaff Memorial
Chapel of Webb Funeral Home in Spruce Pine. Rev. David Philbeck officiated.
The family received friends from 1 p.m. until the service hour Thursday at the
funeral home.
