GRAHAM CRITE BIDDIX SR. 
 
LENOIR - Graham Crite Biddix Sr., 75, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 
Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born in Mitchell County, he was the son of the 
late Robert and Melissa Lowery Biddix. He was also preceded in death by two 
sons, Keith Brian Biddix and Lewis Edward Biddix. He was a retired auto body 
repairman and a member of Chapel of Hope Church.

Survivors include his wife, Louise B. Biddix of the home; three sons, Graham 
Biddix Jr., Rodney Biddix and Stan Biddix, all of Granite Falls; one daughter, 
Debra Welch of Florida; one brother, Ralph Biddix of Kewana, Ill.; one sister, 
Ardella Hall of Spruce Pine; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home 
Chapel. The Rev. Mike Spicer officiated. Burial followed in Woodlawn Memorial 
Gardens. The family received friends from 12:30 p.m. until the service hour 
Friday at the funeral home.
