MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Beulah Campbell Barnett, 24 Jan 2003 ----¤¤¤¤---- BEULAH CAMPBELL BARNETT BAKERSVILLE - Beulah Campbell Barnett, 70, of Campbell Cemetery Road, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2003 at her home. She was the daughter of the late George and Jane Oaks Campbell, and wife of the late Dewey Barnett. A seamstress by trade, she was employed by Bassett-Walker, and was a member of Roans Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Katherine Hoilman of Bakersville; sisters, Goldie Campbell of Johnson City,TN, and Bertie Ledford and Mildred Sheets, both of Bakersville; brothers, Warren and T.M. Campbell, both of Bakersville; and one granddaughter. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Roans Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. Revs. J.C. Sheets and Lester Perkins officiated. Burial was in Campbell Cemetery. The family received friends two hours prior to the service at the church Sunday.
