FERD BARNETT

ELKTON, MD - Ferd Barnett, 72, died Saturday, May 17, 2003. Born in 
Relief, he was the son of the late Paul and Lissie Oaks Barnett. He 
was a member of Baptist Bible Church for 49 years and retired from 
Triokol Corporation.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Belle Barnett; daughters, Linda 
Beamerand Susan Shrier, both of Elkton, Sherri Buchanan of Bakersville, 
and Teresa Smith of North East, MD; a sister, ???? Murdock of Bakersville; 
seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday at Baptist Bible Church in Elkton. 
Burial was in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made 
to Baptist Bible Church Building Fund, 144 Appleton Road, Elkton MD 21921. 
Hicks Home for Funerals was in charge of arrangements.
