JOHN AMICK CONDON

SPRUCE PINE - John Amick Condon, 80, of Carter's Ridge Road, died 
Thursday, Feb. 13, 2003 at his home. A native of Pensacola, FL, he 
was the son of the late Nicholas and Amelia Johnson Condon. He was 
a graduate of the University of Florida, and a U.S. Air Force 
veteran of WWII.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Hershner Condon; a sister, Babs 
Coleman of Clifton, VA; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Webb Funeral Home 
in Spruce Pine was in charge of arrangements.
