MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Anthony Debevec, 19 Mar 2005

REIDSVILLE, GA - Anthony Debevec, 83, formerly of Spruce Pine, died Saturday,
March 19, 2005. He was the husband of the late Harriet L. Debevec. He was also
preceded in death by a sister, Mary Debevec; and brothers, Frank, Ludrick and
Matthew Debevec. A native of Pennsylvania, he lived in Florida for 30 years
and North Carolina for 20 years before moving to Reidsville. He was a retired
electrical engineer with K-T Feldspar. He was of the Catholic faith and a
member of the Moose Lodge in Spruce Pine.

Survivors include his daughter, Rosetta Debevec of Savannah, GA; four sons,
Barry Debevec of Reidsville, Richard and Michael Debevec, both of Port St.
Lucie, FL, and Charles Debevec of Marathon, FL; a sister, Lucy Bostaph of
Kane, PA; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and
nephews. 

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Glennville Memorial
Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
