MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Etta H. Forbes, 10 Jun 2005

BAKERSVILLE - Etta H. Forbes, 92, of Mulberry Lane, Bakersville, died June 10.
She was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Reuben and Nettie
Hoilman. Her husband was the late Earl Forbes.

Survivors include three daughters, Florence Dowell, Mary F. Dellinger and Judy
Honeycutt all of Bakersville; four sons, Ray Forbes of Hanover, PA; Earl Jr.,
Ralph and Carroll Bradley Forbes all of Bakersville. One brother, Arthur
Hoilman of Bakersville. Eight grandchildren and 14 great- grandchildren. 

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, June 11 at 8 p.m. at the Chapel of
Henline-Hughes. The family received friends two hours prior to the service.
Kent Murphy and Burl Grindstaff officiated. Interment followed Sunday at 11
a.m. at Russ Memorial Cemetery.
