CHARLES GRIFFITH 

BAKERSVILLE - Charles Griffith, 71, of B&B Road, died Sunday, June 25, 2006 at 
his home. He was the son of the late Maloy and Nannie Garland Griffith. He was 
also preceded in death by a son, Dean Griffith; and a brother, Dr. J.M. 
Griffith. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a farmer.

Survivors include one son, Rodney Alan Griffith of Bakersville; one sister, 
Elena Street of Bakersville; one granddaughter; and several nieces and 
nephews. 

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Henline-Hughes Funeral 
Home in Bakersville. Burial was at 11 a.m. Thursday in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
