MELBOURNE, FL - Frances Garns, 90, formerly of the Rebels Creek community,
died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2005 in Florida. She was the daughter of the late
Emmett and Mary Jane Fondra Sinclair, and wife of the late Harry Garns.

Survivors include a son, Sonny Meuller of Melbourne; three grandchildren; and
eight great grandchildren. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at
Rebels Creek Cemetery. Rev. Harold Bennett Jr. officiated. Webb Funeral Home
in Spruce Pine was in charge of arrangements.
