Deceased  --  Leora WOODY GRINDSTAFF, age 93, of Bakersville, died 1-31-01.
She was daughter of Theron and Nevada WOODY, and widow of Roy M. GRINDSTAFF.
She was a member of Mine Creek Baptist Church, and burial is in the church
cemetery.
Survivors are daughters Mary Ellen GRINDSTAFF BOONE and Ann GRINDSTAFF
PHILLIPS, both of Spruce Pine; son, Buster GRINDSTAFF of Bakersville; sister
Alice WOODY RANDOLPH of Burnsville; nine grandchildren and seven great
grandchildren.
