LEONARD BEA HILEMON

BURNSVILLE - Leonard Bea Hilemon, 73, of George's Fork Road, 
died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003 in a Winson-Salem hospital. He was 
the son of the late John Thor and Bertie Estep Hilemon. He was a 
charter member of Victory Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Violet Grindstaff Hilemon of the home; 
a daughter, Linda Gouge of Micaville; three sons, Ward Hilemon of 
Chuckey, TN, Tony Hilemon of Red Hill, and Rev. Roger Hilemon of 
Micaville; two sisters, Reba Hoilman and Margie Payne, both of 
Burnsville; a brother, Fred Hilemon of Bakersville; 12 grandchildren; 
and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 8 p.m. Monday at Victory Baptist 
Church. Revs. Scot Garland and Philip Garland officiated. Burial 
was at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church cemetery. The family received 
friends from 6 p.m. until the service hour Monday at the church.
