MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Thelma Harrell Hill, 21 Dec 2004

KINGSPORT, TN - Thelma Harrell Hill, 82, of Wateree Street, died Tuesday, 
Dec. 21, 2004 at Holston Valley Hospital. She was the daughter of the late 
Robert and Ella Wheeler Harrell, and wife of the late Arvell Hill. She was 
also preceded in death by two sisters, Alma Whitson and Polly Aldredge; 
and a brother, George Harrell. She was a retired inspector with Texas 
Instruments and a member of University Parkway Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Connie Hill Rose of Kingsport; and one sister, 
Olivia (Pat) Kerns of Johnson City. 

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Henline-Hughes Funeral 
Home in Bakersville. Rev. Scott Thompson officiated. Burial was in Garland 
Cemetery in Buladean. The family received friends from 1 p.m. until the 
service hour at the funeral home.
