MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Louise Whaley Dellinger Hise, 17 Sep 2004

CROSSNORE - Louise Whaley Dellinger Hise, 78, died Friday, Sept. 17, 
2004 in a Linville hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and 
Mrs. Rene Whaley, and wife of the late William Hansel Dellinger and the 
late Clarence Hise. She was also preceded in death by a son, Robert 
Dellinger. She was a member of Pisgah Methodist Church.  Survivors include two 
sisters, Ruby Sutton of Morganton, and Jean Davis of Pigeon Forge, TN; five 
grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services were held at 7 p.m. Monday in the Grindstaff Memorial 
Chapel of Webb Funeral Home in Spruce Pine. Rev. Hugh Hall officiated. 
Burial was at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Spruce Pine Memorial Cemetery. The 
family received friends from 6 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
